This project provides for the design and development of construction documents for improvements to the 16.6-acre Weekes Community Park. The park master plan has been completed and includes open lawn areas, restrooms, concession building, playground, half-court basketball, bocce courts, fitness plaza, central plaza, group picnic areas, pavilion, shade structure, bandstand, promenade and walking loop. Phase 1 includes development of construction documents. Phase 2 includes construction to be completed with future Bond proceeds.
