Project Description
This project involves renovating the Hayward Plunge aquatic center. To determine the scope of necessary work, the work included assessing the facility’s condition, conducting a structural review, conducting a geotechnical review, addressing historical issues, and conducting an environmental assessment.
Design and construction will address improvements, including new pool plaster, starting blocks, domestic hot water heater and piping replacement, electrical panel repairs, and roof replacement.
