Project Description
This project provides for the development of construction documents for the Phase 2 portion of the existing 31-acre community park. Phase 1 improvements were completed in 2017. Phase 2 improvements include a multi-purpose field, two soccer fields, a concessions building, a dog park, community green, a neighborhood play area, additional picnic facilities, exercise stations, and parking. This phase of the project will include the development of construction documents for Phase 2.
Construction of Phase 2 began in September 2021 and was completed in 2023.
